Lakeside Retreat

Led by Tembo, our experienced Bwiti father, this 7-day immersive retreat offers a unique opportunity to work with Iboga in the traditional Gabonese framework of the Bwiti. We prepare you on many levels, working with traditional rituals as well as deep therapeutic work. You will be fully prepared for the ceremony.

Tembo has over 20 years of experience working with Iboga and a decade of leading ceremonies and retreats. His knowledge of the Bwiti and Western schools of thought creates a unique bridge between Western and African cultures.

Our retreat takes place in the stunning natural setting of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. This once supervolcano collapsed into the giant high-altitude lake it is today, surrounded by natural beauty, jungle, waterfalls, and culture-rich Mayan towns.

Over the course of six days, you'll be provided with a safe and supportive environment to break free from negative patterns and habits and embark on a path of self-discovery and transformation. Our all-inclusive package includes comfortable accommodations, nourishing meals, and dedicated support to ensure you make the most of your experience.

Our retreats are private, set in nature, quiet, and located on the lakeshore. You can swim, enjoy the sun, and take in the view as you prepare for the traditional Iboga ceremony ahead.
